Your Online Booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit, and you receive a confirmation email. Customers must read and accept our Cancelation Policy, as well as our Liability Waiver, to confirm the Online Booking. CANCELLATION POLICY

KITESURFING  / WING FOILING

If you booked your kite lessons in Tulum with us and there is no wind, the options are:
a) Kitesurfing Trip to Isla Blanca or El Cuyo to continue your training if the wind forecast is good there.
b) Reschedule your kite lessons, if your vacation dates and the wind forecast allows.

• In case we can't reschedule your kite lessons due to wind/weather conditions or because you have other activities planned, you will get a FULL REFUND of your deposit.
  
• In case you change your mind and cancel your lessons with more than 24 hours, you will get a FULL REFUND of your deposit.
  
• Just in case of No-Show or if you cancel your lessons with less than 24 hours before your appointment, we'll keep the deposit as a CANCELATION FEE.
  

SUP TOURS

Paddleboarding tours can't be done in windy conditions. Strong winds affect the paddle and make it impossible to do an enjoyable tour. The Cenote tour is the less affected tour by the wind, but it can also be not the best scenario. During the booking process, we will ask you for alternative dates for your tour. In case the wind is too strong, or the weather is bad, we will contact you before to reschedule your tour.

• In case you change your mind and cancel your tour with more than 24 hours, you will get a FULL REFUND of your deposit.

SURF LESSONS

Surfing lessons have to be done in certain sea conditions. If the weather is not good enough we will reschedule your lessons.

• In case you can't reschedule your lessons, you will get a FULL REFUND of your deposit.
  
• In case you change your mind and cancel your lessons more than 24 hours before, you will get a FULL REFUND of your deposit.
  
• In case you cancel your lessons with less than 24 hours before the appointment, we'll keep the deposit as a CANCELATION FEE.
